Dear Peterson Family, God bless each and every one of you. My heart goes out to you this awful day six years ago would forever change the lives of your family and Scott's. This is just my opinion I believe that if Laci's case had been treated as a missing person case instead of a homcide in the very beginning and not looking at Scott as the only suspect ,and followed other leads Laci would at home with Scott and Conner enjoying their life together. Scott I am with you all the way I will continue to walk with you and your family down this road for justice. Keep the faith Scott justice will prevail. All my love,Rhonda

Once reading all the blogs, I find myself, believing more in Scott's innocence, I live near Modesto, followed the case, and like you believe in Scott's innocence.

Our thoughts and prayers are always with you. The strength and courage that you have shown is amazing. Our hearts and faith are 100% all in. We have no doubt that one day justice will finally prevail and the truth that Scott is innocent will finally be seen and heard loud and clear. It is an honor to support Scott and to bring awareness to this injustice that has been done. The faith we have in Scott will never waiver. I agree with your sentiments. I have always wanted to know if their dog that was was found running loose(with a leash attached to his collar) had a microchip??? I followed this case and never understand how he was supposed to have just dumped the dog and drove off with Laci, using the dog as an alibi?? This never made sense to me.
I hope that some how our justice system will see fit to do the right thing and at least give Scott and his family the right to a fair trial on appeal. My heart aches for both Scott and Lacie's family. I am not a person that looks at the world thru rose colored glasses so to speak but I will tell you that when I look at this case it scares me to think that this could happen in our country. Scott could be my brother, my son or my friend. If this can happen to the his family it could certainly happen to one of our loved ones! God's blessings to you and your family. I will add you to my prayers and continue to hope for justice for Scott and Lacie.

Thank you, Rhonda. This is the truth. They never looked for Laci alive. They looked in places where they might find her body. When Detective Brocchini would not allow Merlin, the scent dog, to follow the trail onto 580, that told the story. I hope, in the Civil Trial, that questions about the mode this investigation followed will be asked and answered. The people that did this to Scott and his family are living their lives and continuing to pursue their agenda. Justice will be done one day. Those of us that have been here since the beginning will be satisfied, and Scott will be a free man. All of you are in my thoughts every day.

Just odd that so many people said they saw Laci walking the dog and the police did NOTHING about it. WHY IS THAT?
Im sorry and those Amber tapes LOL They prove he cheated thats it. I hope one day they find the real killer/s and Scott goes free! Wish you luck~
I believe they found the real killers, or have a decent clue who the real killers are, they just don't want the public to know they screwed up and could've actually saved Laci's life if they would've just listened to Scott instead of scouring the marina.
I see the civil case has been dropped, I imagine the Rochas recognize it would be a difficult task to prove Scott guilty now that a fair chance to defend himself has been presented. I'd never dishonor the Rochas but hope for them to realize someday that fairness hasn't been in play since the day Laci disappeared.
Has anyone read that Laci's parents have filed a claim to dismiss the civil suit against Scott. It said that they would not be going to court on May 27th as planned. The article was in the modesto bee. Rhonda

I am sorry if it is true that the civil case is dismissed. It would have further exposed the truth and the TRUTH will Set Scott free! Why did they ever file this if they didn't want the public to hear more?
They didn't expect to have to prove the case. They wanted the given that since Scott was found guilty the only thing left would be a judgement. But the judge denied the request since there is a different standard of guilt in a civil trial that isn't necessarily easier.
I simply cannot imagine the pain and suffering that you are feeling, first with the tragegy of losing a daughter in law, a grandchild, an extended family, and of course your son.. I have my opinions of the case, and what has happened to laci, but in response to this site, I will keep them to myself. Keep strong, keep hopefull, and i hope that life leads you all with strength.
I have always believed in Scott being innocent. I pray for true justice to come and for Scott to be free.
My thoughts and prayers are with both the Perterson family & Scott and also Laci's family. This tragedy has ruined so many lives and my opinion is that no one realy knows what happened to laci but the police had thier minds made up and went with that and didnt bother to follow other leads because Scott was an easy pick and once Amber opened her big mouth the police focused only on Scott and now him & his family are suffering the loss of laci and also the loss of Scotts life as he knew it. It's a shame how many people are sent to prison in this country because of lazy police work. My family knows your pain all to well we also are the victims of injustice. Stay strong and pray for Scott's freedom.
It's really sad on all sides how this turned out. I myself was with child at the time Laci vanished and remember how Nancy Grace would blast Scott everyday. No wonder it is hard for people to get a fair trial with the meadia putting ideas into peoples minds. Scott may have a mistake with Amber but many others make that same mistake and doesnt make them killers. I only can pray that the Lord is with Laci and Conner and watching over Scott. If he is innocent may jutice happen soon. Thanks to Amber for putting all focus to Scott. When I first seen her something was not right. Just a scorn lady.
HELLO I TO BELIEVE SCOTT PETERSON IS INNOCENT AND IS WRONGLY SITTING ON DEATH ROW.
I have always thought that Scott was innocent. There were too many things overlooked and why is it there was no DNA found?
I wouldn't be surprised if this had something to do with Amber and her cop buddy. Makes me sick that the Media decided Scott was guilty and steered his verdict in that direction. The media is a powerful & wicked force. They have Scott sitting on death row. God bless Scott and the Petersons.
I followed this case very closely. I just can't believe the Jury convicted him. I think there is an unfair presumption in this country that an arrest means guilt and the accused must PROVE innnocence. In cases such as these, if the real murderer isn't found, the innocent rot in prison.
I'm an imates wife. I don't like to use the word inmate it implies they have a choice. Like Scott my husband is a prisoner. Our justice systim is so corrupt. There is such a stigma to having a loved one in prison. I don't keep mine secrect anymore, because secrets mean shame. I will never be ashamed of loving and being loved in return.
For all those people who judge prisoner families this is who we are . For those who forget that the incarcerated humans in this country are indeed just that - HUMAN - I would like you to think on this the next time you talk about "inmates, criminals, convicts, etc...". These humans have families and those who love them despite whatever they did. ( many are in prison are wrongfully convicted. This could happen to you !) Look around you and wonder,... because this is who we are.... We take care of your children and grandchildren in nursery schools, we give them shots in the doctor's office, we are dental assistants, we are school teachers and Sunday school teachers, we stand behind you in the grocery store, we prepare your medicine in the drug store, we work in banks, we approve your loans, we service your insurance claims, we work for newspapers, TV stations and radio stations, we read your electric meters and water meters, we are your landlords, your neighbors, we take care of your elderly parents in nursing homes, we are nurses, lab technicians, X-ray technicians, we own beauty shops, flower shops, printing shops, we are welders, plumbers, tree trimmers, we work for the IRS, the State Dept., in the courthouse, schools, churches, drug stores and toy stores, we are legal secretaries, lawyers, school board members, we are bus drivers, we prepare meals for your kids in school, we are city council members, bank tellers, we process your checking account, your saving account, we work at your Social Security office, your insurance company, we take care of your IRA, stocks, bonds, we sell your kids bikes, school supplies, clothes, shoes, eyeglasses, we repair your cars, we are real estate agents, car dealers, college professors, psychologists, administrative assistants, safety engineers and ranchers. We work at Ralphs, Albertsons, Trader Joe's, Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Target, Macy's, Nordstrom and Saks 5th Avenue. We sell Avon and Tupperware. We are not all "on welfare", no matter what the government would like you to think. There are millions of prisoners in our system, many wrongfully accused. Think about it. I pray Scott wins his appeal and this mockery of rush to judgement is torn down by it's seams. My husband lost his appeal for a crime he did not do. Let's not let it happen to Scott. Like the Petterson famlily I know the truth about American justice. If more Americans knew there would be raging in the streets. You are in my prayers.
I am hoping Scott Peterson gets out soon and I will pray for You All. I have always known that Scott was Innocent, I have read every document of the Case and the Police Exhibits are totally ludicrous,and I have looked at the investigations that You All have done and it shows that Scott did not do this. I will show My support for Scott. I will help with the investigation.
Even tho I have mixed opinions about what took place, I sympathize with the Perterson family who love and support Scott.
I cried so much during this case and the total injustice of it. SCOTT IS INNOCENT AND SHOULD BE EXHONORATED! God Bless Scott and his family. We're praying for you.
