Thank you Peterson family for a more realistic look at Scott's fling with Amber Frey. I have to tell you every time I see Gloria Allred in the media representing yet another "mistress" (which seems to happen constantly) I think about Scott's case and how Amber did a press conference with Gloria Allred. Why in the world did Amber need a lawyer, let alone one like Allred? Did people think Scott was the first man to cheat on his wife? I will never understand why Amber was called a "star witness".... witness to what?? Nothing that had to do with Laci's abduction or murder, so in my opinion those tapes had no place in a murder trial.
I, too, thank you for sharing this information about Scott's affair with Amber. It is very carefully sorted out and I am sure all of this will go into the appeal's transcript. I always think to myself "what are the jurors thinking now?" What if they read the real story of it all and see how the media controlled the entire trial (not to mention the zealousness of the prosecution team). How can they handle it? Do they handle it or do they deny the truth?
I just shake my head when I think of the injustice of it all. Please keep sharing with us.

More people seem to be waking up to the fact that Scott was railroaded and there was a lot more to this case than met the eye. This must be upsetting certain people because they keep beating us over the head with these TV programs about what an "evil" person Scott is. I have read much of the information on your website and have recently finished reading "Presumed Guilty" by Matt Dalton. I was blown away by the evidence that he uncovered and was deliberately ignored by the police and the media. Mr. Dalton is a former prosecutor and dislikes corruption of any sort. I highly recommend this book in addition to your website. I hope Scott finally gets the justice that he has been denied.

He was out pounding the pavement and came up with the satanic ritualistic killings that had been being committed in that area! DOES EVERYONE KNOW THE DAY LACI AND CONNER WAS KILLED WAS THE WINTER SOLSTICE, WHICH IS A DAY THESE SATANISTS SACRIFICE WOMEN AND CHILDREN BY MUTILATING THEM!!!!Matt Dalton was out gathering a lot of evidence that would have shed a reasonable doubt on Scott Peterson's innocence. But none of it was presented at the trial why? Scott was denied "DUE PROCESS", AND THAT IS EVEN IF HE IS GUILTY!!! I do not know if Matt Dalton is an Appeals Specialist but he should be being consulted during the appeal process. Why would good evidence like this have been left out? I wrote Scott Peterson today in prison and if he wants me to go door to door to present this evidence and collect money I will. I am outraged that none of the evidence that could have freed him was left out. FOLKS THE MESSAGE HAS TO GET OUT THERE PLEASE READ PRESUMED INNOCENCE AND IT IS UP TO US TO GET THE MESSAGE OUT. ALL SCOTT HAS IS US. WE NEED TO MASS MULTIPLY HIS SUPPORTERS. let's get fliers out, beat on doors, collect money for his defense! LETS NOT LET HIM ROT AWAY. ASK ONE PERSON TO SIGN THIS AND SEND MONEY. EVEN FIVE BUCKS! THEN HAVE THEM PASS IT ON TO ONE PERSON.
I cannot write a book here but the upshot of Matt Dalton's book is that some Satanist lived in the area and killed another lady cut her up and put her in the Bay. Another went to the police because she was captured in a white van but got away. There was a robbery across the street from his house the day Laci disappeared. We should not convict on SUSPICION BUT ON HARD EVIDENCE. Just because you're an adulterous does not mean your a murderer---That is quite a stretch. I WILL BE WATCHING AND ENCOURAGING MORE PEOPLE TO COME OUT AND SUPPORT SCOTT AT LEAST TO HAVE A FAIR TRIAL!
THANK YOU for posting this information about Amber Frey. I commend you for the honest portrayal of what REALLY happened. I am feeling such anger towards our courts for allowing this media frenzy to become involved in your lives. I hurt for all of you and hope and pray this journey through hell will end soon.
I watched the Amber Frey movie last night, and so many things about it bothered me. She was surely a "woman scorned". And Gloria Alfred, come on, what a self aggrandizing, self promoting media player she is. She jumped on this case solely to promote her own agenda.
I really believe Scott was railroaded and framed. Anyone could have put Laci and Connor in the bay, especially after the public announcement of his whereabouts that awful day. So much more..but bottom line is, an innocent man sits in San Quentin,and a murderer is walking free, in California, the land of abducted women. Scott should know at least one more person today is praying for him.
I have been checking the website for new updates and was thrilled to see all the work you put in for the newest updates regarding Amber and the trial quotes. I hope that Scott's appeal happens soon, and just know that so many of us pray for him & his family on a daily basis. The truth will prevail, it's only a matter of time.
Agreed a very honest account of the facts, I truly don't see how Amber and her tapes were relevant to the trial. From what I read on your site (my opinion only) I would guess that the real reason Scott called her and took her calls and spoke to her so much late at night was because he was lonely and missing Laci he had no one to turn to and needed a voice in the silence. That certainly isn't a crime. People assume that means he didn't care about Laci which is very black and white thinking. I also think that he was drawn to Amber as she comes across as someone who needs looking after and needy of attention and as we know Laci was confident and bubbly so she didn't need looking after but Amber made Scott feel needed. At the end of the day he cheated and when people do that they are normally looking for something they are lacking (not to blame Laci of course) I think Scott just wanted to be in control a bit more and take care of someone who really needed him. That too is no crime and is understandable I'm not condoning cheating but I get it.
I think the defense should have brought that up. I truly wish people could see all sides of events and not just judge using their limited view of things. We are all different and Scott made a few errors as we have all done. I truly hope that the appeal brings up all the errors that occurred it really amazes me. The jury certainly convicted because of Amber (we the jury makes that clear John G was on a mission) which is so very wrong, she was a woman scorned who was angry at Scott how is that a fair witness. http://pwc-consulting.blogspot.com/2008/10/case-against-scott-peterson.html I was looking at the satanic holidays calender, which of course is a huge holiday on the 24th, and also interesting to note, a woman was abducted from Fairfield on April 25, 2010 and that also happens to be a huge satanic holiday. Anyway, still praying for Scott and hoping that Lifetime TV continues to air the Amber Frey movie and keep Scott's railroading in the public eye.
Happy to see some new material from you guys! I can't believe it has been 8 years and Scott is STILL behind bars. I find it ironic how people were alleging that Scott had dumped Laci & Connor where they would never be found in hopes that they would be forgotten and justice would never be served, when in reality it is those people who are preventing justice. In a way, they dumped Scott in prison hoping he will be forgotten, but as long as he is behind bars, nobody is getting justice and Scott, Laci, and Connor are being slowly forgotten. What for? So this bitter woman can have her 15 minutes of fame and profit from driving a wedge between two families and ruining an innocent man's life because she was the ignorant bimbo who fell for his lies. I don't think his infidelity or lies are condoned, but they certainly don't make him a murderer. I think most women have fallen victim to a suave, smooth-talking man at least once. However, Amber seems to have a history of it and finally she got the opportunity to have her revenge against men for her own lack of intelligence. It's a sad, sad shame that your family (or any family) had to suffer for it.
I hope for the sake of your family and the love between a man and a woman, that justice prevails and Scott's appeal works out for the best.
I, too, watched the case from beginning to end. It is my opinion that Scott Peterson is not the murderer of his wife and baby. I do believe the elderly woman who witnessed Laci walking her dog that morning was telling the truth. I cannot understand why the police did not investigate the info they received about Laci being held in a trailer behind a white house which was on the other side of the park. I cannot understand why we never heard anything else about the person (on a tugboat?) allegedly seeing someone in a raft at night throwing something overboard near where Laci's body was eventually found just days prior to Laci's body turning up.
Another thing, Gloria Allred's praise of Amber Frye seems like it kind of backfired on her. Why did Gloria think the rest of the world should believe Amber when Amber seemed to be manipulative and deceiving? I watched this case from beginning to end as I'm sure most did. One I was disappointed in the fact that the court did not allow the video of trying to throw the body off the boat as living on a boat over 20 yrs and am familiar with his boat "Yes" it would have sunk any way you tried to do it,secondly but I did not see any reply or rebuttal to the decomposition of the bodies from when Laci was supposed to be dumped and when she was found. Growing up on a boat I seen a few drownings and from the news reports of the shape the bodies were in there is no way after 3 months those bodies would have been in the shape they were or stayed down that long. Personal experience the body in salt water deteriorates quickly and the restraints would have had no effect and her body would have washed ashore MUCH earlier than it did but I didn't hear any rebuttal on this..Hope one day just is served and I don't believe Scott is the guilty party...

One juror can "never look at the San Francisco Bay in the same way again". Really?? Because Lacy was found in the Berkeley Marina.. And Amber Frey repeatedly referred to as "Scott's girlfriend" yet they play the tape where he clearly tells her that he hopes Laci is found..is this the way you keep a "girlfriend"? Character, Character, Character..but no forensic evidence. Scott, I am praying for you.

Aphrodite Jones has books to sell. One more person with a financial agenda to keep Scott guilty. Wouldn't she look foolish if Scott wins an appeal.

After just watching the film The Perfect Husband I decided to look Scott up on the internet to have a look at the real case as the Amber Frey film totally contradicts some points in The Perfect Husband. Im glad I did as I have came across this website. I now totally believe that Scott is innocent. Both films made out that it was Scott that was phoning Amber constantly and not the other way around.I hope and pray that he will be freed soon. I'm in the middle of answering Scott's latest letter and am wondering if he should know about an apparently new episode of his case on a new series, "On the Case with Paula Zahn," which, I think debuted just recently on (again, I think) the Discovery Channel. Nothing new, of course, other than interviews with jurors who'd never talked before and with one of Scott's character witnesses. Glad to hear from Scott that he's not handcuffed in the new day room @ SQ!
I was visiting my parents in Florida when the verdict was read. It sent a cold shiver down my spine when I saw they could convict a man without ANY direct hard evidence.

Too much defense evidence was left out of Scott's trial for jurors to make a "whole picture" decision. Let's have a new trial, this time, take our time and consider all the forensics available. It is doubtful that law enforcement was thinking clearly subsequent to Laci's disappearance and the animated behavior that prevailed during the trial. Now it's time to look again. Do it correctly this time.
